As a young festival we are aware that it takes a lot of knowledge to accomplish something great. We would like to begin our path by inviting to participate anybody who has skills that could improve our festival. You may have talents that we are missing, and a position could be waiting just for you! As a child of a not-for-profit, we tend to be under-staffed and under-budgeted. A little help now can better the festival in the future and ensure you a role as we expand.  It is a terrific opportunity to get a leg into the film festival circuit and to become a part of a vibrant community of artists. Our mission goes beyond showing films and ties into our existence as humans.  We try to give directors and other professionals a home, a voice and a reason to listen to their inner voice, too often neglected, especially if it doesn’t match with the mainstream.
